Thanksgiving turkey vigil

Come to this horrific start to finish Turkey nightmare north of Toronto to bare witness to the thousands of Turkeys that will be someones dinner this year.

2. We hang our birds in the traditional fashion – which, as every butcher knows, means tender meat and even more good flavour.

3. We use no water or other additives and our birds are air chilled..

This all adds up to the production of fine traditional birds with a rich traditional flavour.

Vigil will begin at 7am , please bring a thanksgiving or turkey related sign, we will protest outside the turkey farm from 7am until 1pm, then will visit Milos Mission Microsanctuary for a Vegan friendly Potluck!

Everyone can bring a vegan friendly food item to share. What a better way to bring on the holidays then speaking up for the Turkeys and then visiting the chickens at a sanctuary. 🙂

NOTE: this is a very rural road, in the country, we recommend carpooling if possible as there is only side of the road parking at the turkey farm. Plenty of parking at the sanctuary afterwards.
