Candlelight Vigil for Chickens

Maple Lodge Farms was just charged $6k for causing undue suffering. They transported hens from New York to Brampton, upon arrival 860 of those hens were frozen to death. They died on their way to a scheudled death. We stand in solidarity witht he 860 hens who froze to death and all those who have had their lives stolen from them inside Canada’s largest chicken murdering facility.

Please dress warm (wear black if you can), we will bring tea to keep us toasty but please bring a reusable mug/theromos. We have signage made but you are strongly encouraged to create your own.

Please bring a photo of a chicken you have beared witness too(or that someone else has), a candle, and compassion to spread. We will be creating a memorial outside of the slaughterhouse.
