Pickering No Ribs To Spare Outreach

Ribfest season has begun. This time, the cruelty rolls out to Pickering. Let’s come together to spread some love, compassion, and awareness to individuals east of the city. We will be exposing the public to the horrors of animal agriculture through the use of thought-provoking signs/literature, which will be made available to participants. Just bring water, snacks, sunscreen, and your wonderful selves! Any amount of time you can devote is greatly appreciated. Animals need us to tell people that they don’t have any ribs to spare. Let’s help these folks make the connection that the “what” they’re eating was actually a “who”.

Friday, June 2 – 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 3 – 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 4 – 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
