Post-Vigil Unwind with Yoga, Meditation and Reiki
Please join us after the March 27th Toronto Cow Save vigil for Yoga and Meditation with Reiki Healing Energy led by Juliana Carpino. Our hope is to have bi-weekly healing events led by volunteers.
This free event is a beautiful way, post-vigil, to unwind, release negative energy after bearing witness, and create a flow of positive energy that will bring inner peace and transformation to all of us!
Encouraging everyone that is also new to yoga to come to this workshop, arrive as you are, all you need to do is to listen to the needs of your body, and enjoy practicing. Bring a mat if you have one. We’ll have a few extras for those who don’t.
It will be a slow and easy flow to fit everyone.
This workshop is made to bring you comfort and relaxation.
No competition, No judgment. Just positive energy and love.
After the yoga session, we will have a few minutes break and continue with guided meditation and intense reiki healing, and snacks.
