Court case against Cruel Rodent Glue Traps

April 26, 2019 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Free

9:00 a.m. rally in front of 393 University Avenue, Toronto before the 10:00 a.m. court hearing by Canadians for Animal Protection against Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Home Hardware, Lowes & Wal-Mart.  We are asking the court to order these mega-retailers to stop selling glue traps.

✊ JOIN THE COURTHOUSE RALLY (posters will be provided) and attend the court hearing as vegan lawyer Sandy Schnurr (Canadians for Animal Protection) launches an historical legal challenge to ban the sale of cruel rodent glue traps by five massive Canadian retail chains:

CANADIANS FOR ANIMAL PROTECTION v. CANADIAN TIRE, HOME DEPOT, HOME HARDWARE, LOWE’S and WALMART

We are asking the Court to declare that the use of rodent glue traps contravenes the “cruelty to animals” law, & to ban the sale of them by these major retailers.
