We will address animal agriculture’s role in zoonotic diseases and how the most vulnerable are impacted by pandemics like COVID-19; food justice, accessibility, and nutrition-related comorbidities – all in relation to environmental racism; and the range of precautions one can take against COVID-19 (from wearing a mask and washing one’s hands, to nutrition-based healing and prevention).
