Fur Farm from Hell – Protest Animal Torture in Gads Hill

People who have witnessed Unique Fur Farm can attest to the deplorable conditions animals are forced to suffer in here. The smell of concentrated urine and feces that can be smelt from the road is sickening. The disgusting owners of this derelict property even went so far as to cover thier mink sheds and the front of the farm in black plastic rolls , depriving the animals of ventilation during a heat wave in order to prevent the public from viewing the dispicable specatacle of horror. Neighbors of these awful fur farmers have even shown support for this cruel treatment of living creatures.

Complaints of neglect and cruelty sent the the OSPCA about this farm have gone publically unresponded to once again. Multiple violations of the NFACC codes of practice for mink care are viewable from the road.

On Saturday, October 21st people from across the region will be convening here to publically call out these fur farmers and stand in unity against fur farm animal cruelty. Please help us draw attention to this travesty and demand a full ban on fur farming in this province!
