March for Justice for Regan Russell – Burlington

Please join the Burlington March to raise awareness about who Regan Russell was and what she stood for. Activists have a right to protest peacefully in safety.

Program
2-3 pm : Gather at the entrance to Spencer Smith Park, right next to the Waterfront Hotel.
3-4 pm : Speeches
4-6 pm : March
6 pm : We’ll be splitting up and supporting the local restaurants – Lettuce Love – Kelly’s Bakeshop – Boon Burger and Bodhi Juice Bar.

To keep everyone safe, please wear a mask and respect the physical distancing COVID-19 protocols. We’ll bring a few spare masks in case you forget yours.

Stay hydrated – please bring your own water bottle, and we’ll provide some water at the T-Shirt table too.

Shirts will be available for purchase at the start of the march for $25. Please bring cash if you’d like to purchase one. We’ll accept credit card and e-transfer too. Sales of shirts will go to farm animal sanctuaries.

Please leave animal companions at home. Marches and heat are stressful for them.

The march is a loop, beginning and ending near the Waterfront Hotel. Free parking is available at 414 Locust Street Garage.
