No Spare Ribs Toronto Beaches Rib Fest Challenge
Join the Save Outreach Squad at The Toronto Beaches Ribfest to challenge the normalization of festivals that celebrate the murder of animals. Using provocative banners and signs, Virtual Reality goggles, and informative leaflets, we will invite the public to bear witness to the suffering involved in their ‘fun-filled’ festival and ask them to consider veganism. Every volunteer will receive a free Toronto Pig Save t-shirt to wear at the event! Please note that this is just one of at least 35 Ribfests that will take place over the summer and the t-shirt offer is for all Ribfests. If every activist is willing to commit to at least ONE shift at ONE ribfest, we can have a strong presence at most of these horror fests! Check the calendar of Ribfests to see which one(s) work best for you and keep an eye out for the official event invitation:
