Pig Trial Verdict for Anita Krajnc – Vigil at Fearmans
Important: Please note change of location. Anita’s case has been moved to the courthouse in Milton.
Please join us in support of the right of pigs to be treated as individuals, not property! Toronto Pig Save’s Anita Krajnc trial continues on May 4th with the verdict.
Schedule:
Fearmans vigil at 7:00 -8:00 am
Court will begin at Milton Ontario Courthouse located at 491 Steeles Ave., East, Milton at 9:00am
An all day slaughterhouse vigil will take place at Fearmans Pork Inc. slaughterhouse, a 25-minute drive from the courthouse.
Anita was charged with criminal mischief and interference with property in connection with an incident on June 22nd, 2015, at a vigil in Burlington (see video link below). Come to be the voice for the millions of pigs, cows, chickens and other farmed animals that needlessly suffer and are killed each day.
If you are unable to attend, you can still follow! There will be live streaming from both the courthouse and from the vigil on the Toronto Pig Save page.
