Roaring Silence Against Bill 156

Inspired by Roaring Silence and Rose’s Law we will march in silence in single file and draw attention to Ag-Gag Bill 156.

The government of Ontario has created a bill to silence, intimidate, and take away the rights of those of us who want animal liberation.

❗️Together, let’s UNITE to SILENTLY ROAR, in response to Bill 156❗️

Bill 156 is not only a violation of our Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms but it also intends to make it illegal to expose animal cruelty on farms, in slaughterhouses and on transport trucks. This US-inspired ag-gag bill promises, that concerned citizens will be silenced, and anyone exposing the truth will be criminalized.

We will not be silenced. We will only roar louder!

We will be holding truthful signs that will have images of the animals in Ontario being used for food or signs with words that relate to our messages to the public.

All of the signs will be provided.

We will be meeting at Trinity Square.

❄️ 🥶 Please wear warm winter clothing! Wear gloves and hats! Be prepared to be outside for at least two and a half hours.
