Dust off your favourite lederhosen and get ready to polka your butt off at Vegan Oktoberfest 2017!!!
After a sold out event last year, Veg Heads and Toronto Vegetarian Food Bank – TVFB are partnering with some of our fave vegan foodies to bring you another one-of-a-kind Vegan Oktoberfest experience – all in support of TVFB and feeding people in need!

Long-time TVFB supporter and renowned chef Doug McNish will be slingin’ his now-famous vegan schnitzel and black eyed pea sausages – all served on post-consumer biodegradable GreenShift.ca dinner-ware to keep the event lean and green!
Your sweet teeth will be tantalized by our Sweets from the Earth and Oat & Mill Sundae-Cake Bar! And we’ll keep the Dolled Up Desserts soft gluten-free pretzels and VegHeads cheese sauce warm at the bar, for when you want a savoury snack with your beer or signature seasonal Tonica Kombucha cocktail.
Come hungry ‘cause there will be beer chugging and sausage eating contests!
Or brandish your best Oktoberfest regalia for a chance to win a gift certificate for Planta restaurant for best costume!
Each guest gets a raffle ticket to entre into a draw for raffle prizes fromVegan Stokes Cheese, BIO RAW, Jewels by SJB – Always Cruelty Free,Doomie’s Toronto, Lipstick & Dynamite, We Animals, Doug McNish and more!
Local craft beer from Great Lakes Brewery will be flowing all night long, the real deal polka band will be jammin’ and our Oktoberfest themed photo booth and props will be there to snap your party pic right to your inbox!
This year the event is open to all ages, so that families can join the fun earlier in the evening, and kids under 12 years are free!
Stay after the band for a late night (12:30am) dance party, with a playlist personally selected by our Oktoberfest crew!
